Alpha CRC’s Trainee Translator Programme is designed to offer translators who have recently completed their translation studies (BA or MA), the paid opportunity to work as junior translators in a multilingual in-house team.

As a trainee you will form part of an in-house team of experienced translators. You will also have exposure to the different subject matter divisions at Alpha. Alongside the work, you will attend formal training sessions delivered by Alpha’s own experts and complete individual assignments. The training program will equip you to be considered for a permanent in-house translator position at Alpha.
