Ensure a strong foundation for starting your career as a translator.

Alpha CRC’s Trainee Translator Programme is designed to offer translators who have recently completed their translation studies (BA or MA), the paid opportunity to work as junior translators in a multilingual in-house team.

Gaining a steady foothold as a freelance translator can be a daunting task. In such a competitive landscape it’s important to get a head start, which is why Alpha CRC’s trainee programme may just give you that extra push in launching your career. As a trainee you will form part of an in-house team of experienced translators. With senior colleagues acting as mentors and providing continuous feedback, the programme not only offers real experience in the localization and translation industry, but also provides invaluable assistance for your personal development and growth and an entry-level starting salary.

You will also have exposure to the different subject matter divisions at Alpha.
